Infant Joy is an online retail brand specializing in children\u2019s clothing, footwear, accessories and selected party products. We operate exclusively online and do not maintain physical retail stores for customers.<\/p>\n

13. PRODUCT PURCHASES AND ORDER PROCESS<\/h2>\n

To place an order, you must select your delivery country (and where available, your preferred currency), add items to your cart, enter delivery details, select a payment method and confirm the order at checkout.<\/p>\n

You will receive an order acknowledgment email. This email confirms receipt of your order request but does not constitute acceptance.<\/p>\n

Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch of your order (for example by sending a dispatch confirmation and\/or providing tracking details). At that point a binding sales contract is formed.<\/p>\n

If we cannot accept your order, we will inform you and, if payment has been taken, we will refund you without undue delay. Non-acceptance may occur for reasons including, for example, product unavailability, payment authorisation failure, technical errors in pricing or description, security\/fraud concerns, inability to deliver to the address provided, or events beyond our reasonable control.<\/p>\n

The transaction is concluded in English unless the Website explicitly provides otherwise.<\/p>\n

14. CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER<\/h2>\n

Because we process orders quickly, changes to an order (including delivery address, items, size, colour or quantity) may not be possible once payment has been processed or the order has entered fulfillment. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal described below.<\/p>\n

If you wish to add items, you should place a new order. If you no longer want the products, you may use your right of withdrawal, subject to the conditions in these Terms.<\/p>\n

15. OUR PRODUCTS<\/h2>\n

All products are sold subject to their product description displayed on the Website.<\/p>\n

We take reasonable care to ensure product details and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover a material error in the price or description of a product you ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.<\/p>\n

Packaging and presentation may vary slightly from the images shown.<\/p>\n

16. PRICE, CURRENCY, VAT AND PROMOTIONS<\/h2>\n

Prices are displayed in EUR as the primary currency. Depending on the destination and settings, you may also see and pay in other currencies including HUF, PLN, CZK, SEK and DKK. Where currency conversion is used, rounding and exchange-rate differences may apply and are displayed during checkout.<\/p>\n

Prices include VAT where applicable under the EU One Stop Shop (\u201cOSS\u201d) regime, based on the delivery destination and applicable EU rules.<\/p>\n

Where you request an invoice for an EU business with a valid VAT number, VAT exemption may be applied in accordance with applicable rules, subject to prior contact, verification and our confirmation. You must contact us before or immediately after placing the order; if verification cannot be completed or the transaction does not qualify, VAT will remain chargeable.<\/p>\n

Where a price reduction is displayed, we apply EU price transparency rules (Omnibus). This means the reference price shown reflects the lowest price applied to that product during the 30 days preceding the reduction, where required.<\/p>\n

We may offer discount codes from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, one code may be used per order, codes cannot be exchanged for cash, and codes may be withdrawn if misused. We reserve the right to cancel orders that breach promotional terms or indicate misuse.<\/p>\n

\n

17. PAYMENT METHODS<\/h2>\n

Payments are processed securely via myPOS<\/strong>. Available payment methods may vary by destination and are shown at checkout.<\/p>\n

Card payments are available for all supported EU destinations. Cash on Delivery (\u201cCOD\u201d) is available only for delivery to: Hungary, Greece, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia and Poland<\/strong>. There is no minimum order amount for COD.<\/p>\n

For COD orders, a COD service fee of EUR 0.99<\/strong> applies and is displayed at checkout.<\/p>\n

For prepaid card orders and COD orders alike, we may send a proforma confirmation by email. For COD orders, a Bulgarian fiscal receipt may be issued for tax compliance purposes. Where legally applicable and upon request, we can issue an invoice, including an invoice for a business customer subject to verification as described above.<\/p>\n

We do not store full card details on our systems. Payment processing is handled by our payment service provider(s) and their secure infrastructure.<\/p>\n

\n

18. DELIVERY<\/h2>\n

We deliver within the European Union only. Delivery options, carriers, fees and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and may vary by destination.<\/p>\n

Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for courier delays outside our reasonable control. If we anticipate a material delay attributable to us (for example, fulfillment delay), we will notify you. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights, including in cases where delivery is not made within a legally required timeframe. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be completed within 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with applicable law.<\/p>\n

It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate delivery information. If you provide an incomplete or incorrect address, or if a shipment is not collected, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, you are responsible for the outbound delivery fee, the return delivery fee, and any additional fee required for reshipment if you request the parcel to be sent again.<\/p>\n

A product becomes your responsibility from the time it is delivered to the address you gave us. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to you (or a person authorised by you) at that address.<\/p>\n

19. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL; RETURNS; REFUNDS (EU CONSUMERS)<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. This period starts from the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.<\/p>\n

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may notify us by sending a clear statement to info@infantjoy.eu, including sufficient information to identify your order (such as your name and order number).<\/p>\n
