Return of item(s) can be easily done within 14 calendar days after receiving them. The only condition is that they are in a preserved commercial condition and accompanied by a label. Some items are not subject to return/exchange after delivery, such as: – balloons and party accessories – swimwear and underwear In order to offer you speed & efficiency we do not offer exchange but you can return and order the desired product again.

Baby clothes are sensitive to maintenance. To keep your new clothes looking their best, we recommend: 🧼Wash at 30 degrees and 800 rpm. ♨️Do not tumble dry! 🪣Use gentle, baby detergents and do not bleach.

Some of the clothes for older children may contain additional, small accessories – hair clips, headbands, brooches with safety pins and other elements that pose a risk of suffocation/injury! Please do not put them on and never leave your child without parental supervision!
