✅ Return Conditions

You may return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Not be scented (e.g. perfume, detergents, fabric softener)
  • Not be damaged, altered, or repaired
  • Be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact

📌 As we offer baby and children’s products, we kindly ask that items are not washed or scented before return, due to possible allergy concerns.

1. Return via Our Arranged Service (Recommended)

We can arrange a convenient return solution for you based on your location.

  • A fixed return fee of €9.99 will be deducted from your refund
  • The courier and method are selected depending on your country and logistics availability

2. Return via a Courier of Your Choice

You may send the parcel using a courier of your choice.

⚠️ Please note:

  • The shipment must be fully prepaid
  • Parcels sent with cash on delivery (COD) or unpaid shipping will not be accepted

💶 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued to an IBAN of your choice OR by using the original payment method (when the order was initially paid with card).
  • If you use our arranged return service, the €9.99 fee will be deducted

📌 If returned items show signs of use beyond normal inspection, a proportionate reduction in the refund may be applied.


⚠️ Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain items may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law, particularly for health protection or hygiene reasons.

This applies in cases where the product has been delivered in sealed or protected packaging and has been unsealed or used after delivery.

Such items may include:
— Swimwear and underwear, where hygiene protection seals or packaging have been removed
— Balloons and similar party items, once used (e.g. inflated) or no longer in their original condition

This limitation applies only where permitted by law and does not affect your rights in case of defective or non-conforming goods.
